Halifax Sponsorship

Our Handley Page Halifax II (III) LV907 is the only one of its kind in the UK and is a full reconstruction based on a twenty-feet section of a scrapped Halifax which was restored with amazing care by our volunteers. Our own Handley Page Halifax LV907 ‘Friday the 13th’ was named in honour of the most famous Halifax of all, the Halifax LV907, which completed numerous missions to drop bombs on Germany during World War Two.

Your sponsorship of the aircraft will support its ongoing care and restoration as a memorial to the thousands of airmen who flew, fought and sadly lost their lives in World War Two. Halifax Sponsorship gives the recipient a one hour bespoke tour of the Halifax with one of our aircraft specialists to experience first-hand the environment inside the Handley Page Halifax bomber, exactly as it was in wartime.

Additionally, a year long pass giving free admission to the Museum for one person, plus an information pack with a sponsorship certificate and historical briefing notes are included.
