12 noon VIP Reception & Buffet Lunch
13:45 Douglas Dakota / DH Devon engine run.
13:45 Standard Bearers Briefing / Walk Through. (Chieftain Tank). With Parade Marshal John Courtley (RBL Tadcaster.)
14:30 Parade forms from Rear Car Park (alongside Chieftain Tank).
14:45 Parade Marches through centre of Museum to T2 Hangar.
15:00 Guests / visitors/ participants seated. Drumhead Service begins. Band and Standards Marched in, Standards Presented and placed in rack by Clergy. French & 77 Sqdn. offset to either side. Senior Standards to be draped over Drumhead. RBL Yorkshire Band to accompany Service.
15:10 Services Commences. Led by Rev. Taff Morgan MBE; the Archdeacon of York The Very Venerable Sarah Bullock & Revd. Gp. Capt. Tim Wright Deputy Chaplain in Chief Operations.
15:55 Service ends. Comfort break.
16:15 Parade to Muster on Perimeter Track near T2 Hangar for March to Signals Square. VIP’s to Saluting Dais.
16:25 Parade Marches to form around Signal Square. Piper(s) on top of Control Tower.
16:30 Evening Hymn, Ensign Lowering (Uniformed Cadet / Officer) – Standards Dipped and Raised. (RBL Yorkshire Band)
16:40 Flypast: BBMF Hurricane & Spitfire. March Past and Salute to Lord Lieutenant North Yorkshire (HM The Queen’s Representative) and CAS Representative.
